West Ham United have won the UEFA Conference League!
The Hammers beat Fiorentina 2-1 in the final thanks to Jarrod Bowen's winning goal towards the end of the game.
The Community Shield with Man United aside, this is David Moyes' first piece of silverware in a long coaching career.
For West Ham, it's their first European trophy since the UEFA Intertoto Cup in 1999. The only other piece of international silverware for the Hammers was UEFA Cup Winners' Cup in 1965.
This also means that West Ham will play in the Europa League next season despite finishing 14th in the Premier League.
