Arsenal top candidates to lure Luis Enrique
The jigsaw only falls into place for the London rivals
The major Spanish media outlet El Mundo Deportivo insist that the Gunners rather than the Blues are 'in pole position' to appoint former Barcelona coach Luis Enrique.
Arsene Wenger's contract expires in summer 2019, but he could step down at the end of the season if the board decide so. Moreover, the Mundo report claims that Enrique considers the Arsenal's offer as the most lucrative one.
Chelsea will likely look for a new head coach, too, but there's an aura of uncertainty that surrounds the club. The Blues have sacked too many coaches over the last years and may be planning their next move more carefully.
