The Sun: Arsenal reportedly ready to table £25m Vida bid
- If Arsenal sell Welbeck and Mustafi, the Gunners will offer £25 million for Croatia and Besiktas defender Domagoj Vida
According to the latest The Sun report, Unai Emery's side is keen on signing Croatia defender before the summer transfer window shuts.
But the deal will continue to be a feature if only in the next few days Danny Welbeck and Shkodran Mustafi would be offloaded in order to raise funds.
The report claims new Arsenal head coach is not impressed with Arsenal's back four built under Arsene Wenger and reckons that the 29-year-old Besiktas defender would add needed steel to the Gunners' defenders.
Liverpool, however, were allegedly also interested in signing Domagoj Vida, but Besiktas haven't accepted their £13.5 million offer made in this summer.
