BBC's journalist Ornstein: 'If Ramsey was to remain in the Premier League he would favour a move to Liverpool'
- Ornstein insists Rambo's move to Italy has not been secured yet, though, it's the most probable destination for the Welshman.
- He adds, however, there's still a small chance things could change.
BBC's David Ornstein writes: "The 28-year-old's current preference is to join the Italian champions but, contrary to some reports, he has yet to make a final decision and will continue to consider offers from a number of Europe's leading clubs.
"There have been enquiries from English sides and if Ramsey was to remain in the Premier League he would favour a move to Liverpool. However, although there is still a possibility the situation might change, it is almost certain the former Cardiff player will go abroad."
Contradictive reports concerning Ramsey's future keep emerging. Italian sources all but confirm the 28-year-old's move to Juve is a done deal.
According to SportMediaset, a top Italian source, the 28-year-old has already penned a pre-contract agreement with the Old Lady. They have revealed the details of the contract. It is reported that Bianconeri are offering Ramsey a five-year contract, with a base annual salary of €6.5m. His salary has a chance to change to €7m if he manages to complete 50% of his appearance target, and to €8m if he reaches 70% level.
However, a few reputable British sources claim he's yet to pen a deal with the Italian giants.
