- Arsenal, Leicester, Milan & Valencia think of a move for the midfielder.
- La Samp' want around £15m for the Belgian.
- The 25-year-old was rejected by the Gunners in 2014 as 'physically weak'.
As Arsenal still need to fill the void left by Aaron Ramsey's departure, the Gunners have been allegedly considering Sampdoria midfielder Dennis Praet among possible replacements.
According to Sky in Italy, Leicester, AC Milan and Valencia are also interested in the midfielder's services. Each side would have to lash out over £15m to complete a move for the 25-year-old, as per the source.
Last term, the Belgian was a guaranteed starter for La Samp, making 37 appearances across all competitions, and registering 2 goals and 3 assists.
A product of Genk's youth ranks, the midfielder was mentioned among the brightest talents of the generation in Belgium. At the age of 16, Praet joined Anderlecht and immediately earned a spot at the country's biggest club's U19 team.
The gem was constantly attracting interest from major European clubs. In 2014, the youngster was on trial at Arsenal. Praet failed to impress the Gunners' scouts while Arsene Wenger didn't attend the event. Last month, the iconic manager revealed the Belgian had been rejected as 'physically weak'.
Dennis represented the Red Devils on every youth level, starting from U15. The half-back made a senior team debut in 2014 in a friendly against Island. Under Roberto Martinez, the exciting player returned to the national team after a four-year break. Praet's international record currently makes up just 60 minutes in 3 games.
The midfielder joined Sampdoria on a €10m transfer in 2016. The 25-year-old has immediately established himself as a key player Stadio Luigi Ferraris. Described as a strong passer in the first place, the playmaker made over 30 appearances in each of his 3 campaigns with I Blucerchiati.
