Huge fitness boost for Arsenal as Bellerin & Tierney show up at pre-Watford training session at Colney
- Arsenal had a training session at London Colney today.
- Hector Bellerin and Kieran Tierney took part in it.
- It rather unlikely both will feature against Watford though.
Arsenal have received a significant injury boost as a defensive duo of Hector Bellerin and Kieran Tierney took part in the Gunners' training session at London Colney.
The Gunners are facing Watford on Sunday. There has been no official update on whether Bellerin and/or Tierney would be able to travel to Watford. It's more likely Unai Emery won't rush them to play. However, even seeing the two defenders training is already pretty much relieving.
Hector Bellerin has been recovering from the left knee injury he picked on January. Earlier, the Spaniard was expected to return in October but the recovery process is going faster than expected and Hector himself named the game against Aston Villa (September 22) as his return date.
The Gunners summer signing Kieran Tierney hasn’t played a competitive match since May. The full-back underwent a double hernia operation.
