Lucas Torreira's agent reportedly set to fly to London to discuss midfielder's future
- Lucas Torreira is believed to be unhappy with life at Arsenal.
- An Italian outlet claims that the holding midfielder's agent will travel to London next week.
- If his talks with the club do not bring the desired result the two sides could agree to part ways.
The Uruguayan's agent is set to arrive in London next week to discuss the 23-year-old's future in North London.
If the sides are unable to find an agreement, it's rumoured that both Torreira and the club would be ready to orchestrate a move away from the Emirates Stadium.
Torreira is reportedly discontent with a more advanced position he's been asked to play by Unai Emery this season.
He also hasn't played all that much in the Premier League this season. However, with Granit Xhaka falling out of favour, Torreira is actually currently the primary option to slot in next to Matteo Guendouzi at the moment.
AC Milan are believed to be following the Uruguayan, having been linked with him in the summer as well.
It needs to be noted that the outlet - and the Italian media in general - do not have a great record with this type of reports (in fact, if you look at them it seems like half of the Premier League would like to join a team like Milan, who are currently 14th in the Serie A table).
Yet Sport Witness note that Torreira's agent, Oscar Bentancourt, who has several clients in the Serie A, has a history of chatting with the Italian press.
