Australian gambling regulator issues warnings to Curacao-based operators Dama N.V. and Luster N.V.
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has warned Curaçao-based companies Dama N.V. and Luster N.V. for violating the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 by running unlicensed online gambling services aimed at Australian consumers.
Dama N.V. was noted for operating unauthorized platforms like SpinsUP, N1Bet, Golden Star Casino, MoonWin, Lucky Friends, and Rebellion Casino, which provided gambling products without appropriate licensing.
Meanwhile, Luster N.V. faced scrutiny for its Eddy Vegas platform, which offered casino-style games to users in Australia.
Both companies were found to have an "Australian customer link," highlighting their accessibility to local players. The IGA prohibits unlicensed interactive gambling services to protect consumers and maintain market integrity.
