Barca Coach????
The question that is answering itself:
Should Koeman be trusted with more year as the Barca Coach? This is a very controversial topic, but I think the previous few games in the midst of an end of the year title race may be the end of the line for Koeman.
Facts:
He inherited a team in a tough spot with a president and board that were steering the ship further from success rather than closer. A team that was moving away from its identity both in players and tactics. With that being said, though there were some suspected rough patches, Barca did well this year for the most part but just couldn’t jump the final hurdle in certain parts of the season.
Opinion:
Koeman has helped steer the ship closer to success in many areas that a Culer would consider requirements for a successful season. However, it seems he is just off the mark necessary to remain the Barca boss. With the options of Xavi, Pimienta, and Ten Hag potentially available it may be time to make the move. With a new president, young life in the first team and Barca B, and some rather exciting options in the transfers market this summer this could be a big turnaround for Barca with the right man in charge.
