Spurs vs United: A Preview
This Sunday Manchester United will take on Tottenham Hotspur, in a massive game, not only for top four but for revenge against the London side. Last time round we sadly got battered by a score of 6-1, and after going up 1-0 everything fell apart. For this upcoming match, I feel like we need to take advantage of the relatively inexperienced Spurs back line. Spurs last result was a 2-2 against Newcastle, where the back line of Reguilon, Rodon, Sanchez, and Tanganga were beat multiple times, and I feel like Rashford may be the man to look out for when we take on Tottenham. Scoring goals is always a challenge, but containing Kane and Son is completely different. I personally think Kane and Son is by far the best combo in the Prem, as Kane is the top goal scorer in the Prem and Son adds on another 22 goal contributions against PL opposition as well. Wan-Bissaka is going to have to perform at his best, as sometimes he gets a bit lazy on the right. Kane is not the quickest striker, so Maguire and most likely Lindelof need to just stick to Kane and not let him get space to shoot. Spurs do have a couple other threats, but I believe United could win this match, as the lads could be motivated to get a result after the tough loss at Old Trafford last time we played Tottenham.
What do you guys think? Any tactical changes?🤔
