'Absolutely unbelievable': Fans identify major positive from Arsenal's loss to PSG
He had a solid game.
Arsenal were unable to get the better of PSG in the first leg of their Champions League semifinals, going down to a 1-0 loss.
The Gunners were underwhelming in the final third, not being able to finish off their chances ruthlessly and lacking that extra creative spark.
However, there were a few positives from the game and one of that includes the performance of young Myles Lewis-Skelly.
The Englishman produced a proactive effort, winning seven duels and completing 100% of his passes to drive his side forward.
He also did well in neutralising PSG’s movement down his side and is earning a lot of praise from fans for his efforts, as here are some reactions from X (Twitter).
Afcxjames: “Lewis-Skelly is absolutely unbelievable. He isn’t supposed to be this good.”
Now.Arsenal: “By the way, Myles Lewis-Skelly is an absolute joke. When Arsenal started nervous, he was the one to calm us down. He’s ridiculous.”
Patrick Timmons: “Declan Rice and Myles Lewis Skelly, you can leave with your heads held high. You deserved more from your teammates.”
Stompey: “Myles Lewis-Skelly today btw. What a performance. Plays like someone with 15 years of experience and his technical qualities are out of this world. He is going to the very very top of football.”
Grey: “Myles Lewis-Skelly is simply sensational.”
