Since joining in January, the Brazilian winger has rediscovered his flair, netting eight goals in 21 appearances and fueling Betis’ Champions League chase. On Thursday, United crushed Athletic Club 7-1 on aggregate to reach the Europa League final against Tottenham on May 21 at San Mames, while Betis edged Fiorentina in extra time to secure a Conference League final spot against Chelsea on May 28 at Stadion Miejski.
Having featured in both clubs’ European campaigns, Antony is eligible for medals if either - or both - triumph.
