Sevilla coach Machin gives update on Barca target N'Zonzi future
- The Frenchman has recently admitted he wants to leave the Rojiblancos
- Machin: 'N’Zonzi will leave for the figure of his release clause (€35m)'
- Sevilla boss also praises the new arrival, Milan striker Andre Silva
Apart from discussing the upcoming Spanish Supercopa match between the sides, the newly appointed Sevilla bosh Pablo Machin has opened up on his team's squad, new arrivals and the future of Steven N'Zonzi who has reportedly expressed his desire to leave with Barcelona rumoured to be one of the potential destinations.
That's what Machin has had to say on N'Zonzi, as quoted by Football Espana: "I will count on N’Zonzi until the club tells me otherwise. He is an important player with quality beyond the norm, so he won’t be allowed to go for a cut-price fee. Sevilla have made it clear that N’Zonzi will leave for the figure of his release clause (€35m) or at least something close to it. If anyone wants the player, they must reach an agreement with us first.”

Machin has also praised Sevilla newcomer, Andre Silva, who only joined Sevilla from Milan on loan the day before the game: “Silva is an excellent new signing, a player who is still young and we’ve made an important investment for him. Silva is a Portugal international, he can give a strong contribution with his presence in the box and is convinced he can do great things with us. Milan wanted to keep hold of him and he had other offers, but he chose us."
