29 votes were cast for the Chelsea talent - he is 11th in the final list of placements.
Atletico Madrid's Joao Felix has received 332 votes - he is the winner of the award. Chelsea-linked Jadon Sancho is in the second place with 175 - he was beaten by not a small margin.
Another English player that made it into the top 10 of the list is Man City's Phil Foden.
The Golden Boy award is given to the best young player in the world annually by the Italian newspaper Tuttosport since 2003.
Ajax's Rafael van der Vaart was the first winner. Wayne Rooney received the honour in 2004, and Lionel Messi - in 2005.
