Abramovich vetoed Batshuayi buy-out option
You don't argue with Chelsea main man
Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke admits they tried but failed to agree an option to sign Michy Batshuayi permanently from Chelsea.
The Belgian has hit the ground running with the Bundesliga outfit, smashing three goals in his first two games. However, Chelsea chief Roman Abramovich was reluctant to let Batshuayi move to Dortmund on a permanent basis.
Watzke said: ''We tried our best to get a permanent option for Michy Batshuayi, but it was a no go for Chelsea. When Roman Abramovich says 'no', it is a 'no'.''
