Daniele Rugani's agent opens up on Chelsea links
- Rugani's agent Davide Torchia has claimed the centre-back's future fully depends on himself
- Juventus are eager to keep the asset despite Chelsea's vivid interest
Torchia, the agent of the 23-year-old defender, told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli on his client's future: "Juventus are not willing to sell Daniele.
"Maurizio Sarri has been trying to bring Rugani to Napoli for the last three years, now he is at Chelsea and he would still like to sign him.
"Juve, however, have always respected the will of the boy and even included [Mattia] Caldara instead of Rugani in the remarkable AC Milan deal."
Meanwhile, Rugani was said to be very close to a move to Chelsea, who had made a €50 million offer for the Italian. The 23-year-old, however, travelled to the United States for the Old Lady's pre-season tour but the offer for him was being considered.
According to the latest edition of Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus now consider Rugani unsellable and will let the defender decide over his future despite the Blues' links.
