Transfer rater: Ramsey to Chelsea
Brendon Netto shares his view
Why it will happen: "Sarri appears determined to add to his midfield options and Ramsey brings proven Premier League pedigree. Arsenal would prefer to let the Welshman leave for what seems like a reasonable fee, rather than lose him for nothing next summer."
Why it won’t happen: "Chelsea are still pursuing other midfield targets, while Ramsey hasn’t given an indication that he is set on a move away from the Emirates yet."

I know, lame source. But I’ve personally heard this story has legs. pic.twitter.com/nCr6twtMG6
Prediction: "Even if the Blues fail to land their other targets, in Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, they boast midfielders capable of stepping up. One can’t underestimate the experience Ramsey would bring to the side though, not to mention virtually guaranteed goals and assists from midfield."
