NBA star John Collins has Didier Drogba shirt in his room. Why?
- Collins is a fan for more than a decade as he explains his reverence for the old guard
- He is more dubious about the current crop of strikers
An American who grew up in Utah, Collins explains how he fell in love with Chelsea: ''Drogba. I used to grow up watching football and when I saw him that was it. I’ve got his jersey in my closet. That dude is a legend for what he achieved at Chelsea.''
The current squad of attacking options don't inspire Collins much though. ''[Alvaro] Morata’s not getting it done. I think we should play [Olivier] Giroud more. But we need a new striker. I think we’re probably going to end up like fifth or sixth and get in the Champions League by winning the Europa League…''
''Last season was just weird. We’d won the league but we came back and from the beginning of the season it felt like Conte never wanted to be there.''
And who got you supporting the Blues?
