Ruben Loftus-Cheek won't help The Blues against The Magpies while Alvaro Morata has recovered from his hamstring injury.
Option 1: give Morata a chance!
Maurizio Sarri has recently confirmed the Spaniard will be ready to face Newcastle on Saturday. The striker missed the Carabao Cup clash with Tottenham at Wembley due to his hamstring injury. The boss decided to start that game with Eden Hazard as a false 9. However, he subbed Olivier Giroud on in the 79th minute. That didn't help though as The Blues lost 1-0 in the first leg of the semi-finals. Taking into consideration Alvaro's two goals against Nottingham Forest, he definitely strives to score again.
Option 2: it's time for CHO to shine!
Callum Hudson-Odoi was subbed off in the second half of the game against Spurs. Amid all the rumours surrounding the player and Bayern Munich, the club which act unprofessionally as Sarri thinks, it's unknown whether the boss provides the Englishman with another opportunity to start or not. However, as Rafael Benitez will most likely park the bus at The Bridge, Chelsea will need some pace up front as Callum's tenacity combined with Eden Hazard's skills might become the key factor of the match.
Option 3: all hail Giroud!
Maurizio Sarri might start the Frenchman instead of Morata up front. Moreover, Andreas Christensen might also be given a chance at the back as the manager has recently praised the Dane: "He played very well also in the previous match. He has improved in defending by looking at the ball."
