Lampard highlights one of Abraham's most important traits: 'He's a sponge'

Frank Lampard is massively impressed with Tammy Abraham's progress with the Blues and almost calls him an ultimate striker.
"What you see with Tammy is what you get: physicality, movement and enthusiasm to keep trying to be a problem for the defenders," Lampard told www.chelseafc.com.
The boss highlights another aspect of Tammy's character that makes the striker so invaluable for the team.
"He’s a sponge – he wants to listen, to get better, to score more goals, improve his game and help his team-mates. He’s got the beautiful base of that in terms of coaching. The goals, and performances, will show him what he can do at this level and hopefully can move him up the levels even more."
Indeed, striker's involvement has been massive this season. Tammy scored nine goals in 12 appearances for the Blues. Only Man City star Sergio Aguero has a better goals tally and goals-per-minute ratio this season than Abraham.
