Hi and welcome to Stamford Bridge where Chelsea face Cardiff City in a Premier League clash.
Chelsea are looking to continue their perfect start to the season and keep pace with Liverpool who defeated Spurs earlier today.
Maurizio Sarri is missing services of Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Cesc Fabregas, who are out injured, and Emerson, who is out with an illness.
The Bluebirds are without Aron Gunnarsson, Josh Mirphy and Nathaniel Mendez-Laing.
Chelsea have won the last three meetings against the Welsh side. The last time they failed to win was in a League Cup clash in 1986.
Chelsea XI: Kepa, Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Luiz, Alonso, Jorginho, Kante, Kovacic, Pedro, Giroud, Hazard.
Cardiff XI: Etheridge, Manga, Bamba, Morrison, Bennett, Camarasa, Ralls, Arter, Hoilett, Ward, Reid.
A cagey start to this one, Chelsea not really taking control early.
Giroud wins a battle for a header in the Cardiff box but his effort goes high.
Alonso's low cross reaches Giroud but it was anything but comfortabled for the striker and he misses.
To their credit, Cardiff are not sitting back from the start of this one.
A corner kick from the right flank reaches Bamba but misses. A decent chance for the visitors.
GOAL! Cardiff shed the first blood. A free-kick from the halfway line reaches Morrison, who knocks the ball to the middle and Bamba redirects it past Kepa.
At the other end, Etheridge denies Kovacic from close range twice in a minute! The Croat does an excellent job arriving as a second wave but the goalkeeper comes way out to make the save both times.
Bamba turns away a try from Giroud. Chelsea flying now but Cardiff just won't give up.
Hoilett is down and in a lot of pain after a clash with Kante.
Pedro's curling left-footed shot from the right side of the box just dips wide of the far post!
Cardiff are slowing the game down as they are looking increasingly anxious. They haven't generated anything after the goal.
Ward is down after an aerial clash with Rudiger.
It looked like Rudiger ended giving Ward a bit of a slap as the two landed, most likely accidentally.
Chelsea win a free-kick in a great position after Hazard got clattered into by Arter. Great position for Alonso.
Alonso goes for it and misses. Not a good shot.
A chip shot by Pedro is read well by Etheridge.
Chelsea continue to pile on the pressure. Half-time whistle can't come soon enough for the Bluebirds.
GOOOAAAL!!! Hazard's billiard-like shot is perfectly labelled for the bottom corner between the legs of a defender, no chance for Etheridge!
Arter seems to be struggling. Wouldn't be a surprise if he's forced off.
GOOOAAAL!!! A quickly-taken free-kick by Chelsea catches Cardiff off guard and Hazard provides a close-range finish. Hazard's shot goes off Bamba and in!
Clinical football from the Blues ever since the Cardiff goal.
Three minutes added on as Cardiff have launched another raid forward. They are dangerous on set pieces.
That's it for the first half! Chelsea overcome a goal by Bamba thanks to two excellent strikes courtesy of Hazard.
We're back underway! For Cardiff, Arter is replaced by Richards
Kovacic is down and will be subbed off. Barkley is coming on.
Ralls drive from outside the box misses.
Cardiff look re-vitalised after the break.
Azpilicueta's long shot is easily claimed by Etheridge. Could've been more of a ball in though.
Chelsea are dominating possession at the moment. They look like they could pass the ball for all of the remaining 30 minutes.
Pedro, who is very much deserving of a goal today, creates a yard of space and just misses the bottom corner!
A lot more discipline from both sides after the break makes for a rather boring show compared to the frantic first-half action.
Reid tries a curling shot through the legs of Azpilicueta but misses!
Pedro makes way for Willian.
Reid also comes off. Paterson is on.
Morrison is down after a clumsy landing.
Ward makes way for Madine as Neil Warnock brings on a fresh attacker..
Cardiff have stopped Chelsea from just passing the ball around. Not an easy ending to this one.
Penalty given! Bamba chases Willian and goes for a rash challenge, no question about it!
Hazard tucks it away!!! Hat-trick for the Belgian!!!
GOOOAAAL!!! Wilian adds another one! Alonso's pass is deflected perfectly for the Brazilian whose dipping shot leaves Etheridge hopeless!
Hazard makes way for Zappacosta.
A header from Paterson is turned away by Kepa and the Cardiff man then goes to the ground appealing for a pen but no chance it's called in the Prem.
Warnock receives a warning from Jon Moss late.
Four minutes added on.
That's it! Chelsea, despite falling behind early, respond in the most convincing way imaginable to extend their winning streak to five games.
