We all know that our Academy has such huge dept of talents but it takes hard work and patience to break through the the process. 

we can't jampack our team with academy boys for obvious reasons. other big clubs don't do that. we even have a record of giving academy products more room to the first team than any other big club. You go for a series of loan. prove yourself and wait for Ur time.

Colwill and Broja should learn to be patient. Can't blame the board for selling them. We are Chelsea, we compete with all the titles, we can't just play academy boy because they are from Cobham and automatic quality for first team? No such thing! Even though how many loan did Mount, James, Gallagher and Ampadu have? To be fair, And today they are in the squad. They deserved it. I hope every fans understand, we are fighting against big team, like Man City, they did let Sancho leave for free too, but now they get Haaland, every big club happen this thing. Liverpool force sell Mane but they get Nunez. Not proven striker, but at least they have ambition to replace strong player. Is that Colwill have experience to deal with those striker? Haaland Nunez CR7? Never have regret to those youngster with no patient, no buyback clause no issue. We move on. Colwill leave, we still have Dujon Sterling, and Trevor Chalobah. Am not crying for this sales. Broja the same, if not willing to play for the badge, just wants to be starter but not even join preseason? Am sorry, not qualify in Chelsea squad, we have 23 players squad team, we need team player, not guaranteed spot for everyone. If want be starter, just stay and fight or go on loan to get more experience and come back fight again.
