Brighton has proven that they are a better run club and have got balls as well.  Who will blame them for their audacious bid ? I wouldn't 
They have seen us get rid of better academy products and buy crap instead again and again (Tomori,Guehi, And etc) hence I don't blame them . 
They gave the boy the platform even when we didn't because he was obviously ready coming from the Championship.  
As much as I want him not to be sold, it depends solely on him to decide . 
He need to decide on what is best for himself and his career because  trusting in Chelsea lately hasn't always been a great decision.
Brighton has an upper hand because we are also interested in Caicedo 
Common ground might be to sanction another season loan with Brighton to be able to get Caicedo 
And if we don't want Caicedo,  then we need to clear that left back defence to guarantee Colwill to be a starter
