- France Football reveal the voting list: Comoran journalist Abdou Boina from the Albalad Comores newspaper picks Kylian Mbappe as his first choice
- However, the former employee of the same news outlet reveals the paper has been closed for six years and the said reporter has never worked there
- Moreover, France Football put the outdated Comoran national flag on their list
Another shocking revelation about this year's Ballon d'Or award ceremony as the non-existent journalist from the already closed newspaper casts his vote and doesn't include Leo Messi.
The Comoran journalist Abdou Boina from albaladcomores.com is mentioned in the official list of the voting process, revealed by France Football. He picked Kylian Mbappe as his first choice who was followed by Luka Modric, Cristiano Ronaldo, Eden Hazard and Mohamed Salah. No sign of Lionel Messi, but it isn't the main issue.
Apparently, this person doesn't even exist in the first place; moreover, the aforementioned newspaper has been closed for almost six years, as the former employee for Albalad Comores tells local source alwatwafn.net.
Toimimou Abdou, who worked as a sports photographer at the former newspaper, reveals: "I am surprised to see that the daily Albalad Comoros exists. That I know and this is the reality: this newspaper is closed for almost six years. In this body, there has never been a reporter named “Abdou Boina”. We had two sports reporters, in this case, Abdoul Youssouf for the French edition and Sharif Ousseine for the Arabic edition."
Moreover, the Comoran national flag used in the France Football's official voting is outdated, as an official from the Comoros Football Federation informs the same Alwatwafn news source:
"I can understand that the Comoran juror, Abdou Boina, is a freelance journalist or a consultant. But that he is presented as coming from the daily Albalad Comoros is contempt of the country especially when France Football presents the country with a flag which does not exist for seventeen years."
How could anyone seriously believe in the France Football bullshit now? They gave Luka Modric this year's Ballon d'Or award and put Leo Messi FIFTH, according to the faulty voting process. What a disgrace!
