Everton are now Barcelona's trading partner
- Three Blaugrana fringe players have left for the Toffees this summer
- The Catalans have earned around €55m through the sales
The Premier League club Everton turned out to be an important customer at the Camp Nou, having signed THREE fringe players the Catalans were desperate to offload. Lucas Digne was the first one to join the Merseyside club; he was later followed by Yerry Mina and Andre Gomes. The Portuguese, however, has only been loaned to the Toffees.

The Frenchman's transfer was the quickest and easiest one. Digne was signed permanently for €20million with the deal became official about ten days ago. The Frenchman played 45 games for Barca, scored twice and won four trophies with the Catalans.
Mina's deal was rather complicated as he also grabbed interest from Lyon and Manchester United. The Red Devils had to pull out of the negotiations only on the final day of the transfer window while the French side kept claiming until the very end that Mina would join them because of the Champions League football.

"I don't think that information about Yerry Mina at Everton is accurate. Yerry is very interested in Lyon. We all want him to be at Lyon to play the Champion's League." pic.twitter.com/YkPBunsrdg
However, Everton turned out to be victorious, having signed Mina for €30million. Meanwhile, Andre Gomes has arrived at the same moment, just minutes before the closure of the Premier League transfer window. Everton have signed the Portuguese on a season-long loan deal without an option to buy.
Naturally, Blaugrana fans are OVER THE MOON with the departures of the notorious misfits whose transfer sagas lasted during the whole summer. They also praise Everton for their generosity. Marca writer Luis F.Rojo has even suggested Barca 'should consider a way of formally honouring Everton' for their transfer business.
