"This is a test and I know I haven't arrived as a starter, but I want to play well and stay for many years, that's my goal," Barcelona's newest signing said at his first press conference as the Blaugrana player. "At almost 32 years old, the role of a No.9 is perfect for me. It's important to have a player like me in the team because I have other attributes."
Kevin-Prince Boateng has been unveiled as Barca player on Tuesday afternoon at the Camp Nou. The player has officially signed the contract with the club until the end of the season and appeared on the pitch wearing the shirt number 19.

On Monday, Barcelona have announced the loan deal for Kevin-Prince Boateng from Sassuolo with an option to buy the 31-year-old for €8m at the end of the season. Boateng spent the last four seasons changing the Serie A, the Bundesliga and La Liga clubs. The Ghanian has scored 5 goals and provided 2 assists in 13 matches this season in the Serie A and Coppa Italia.
