Diario Sport: PSG want bidding war over Neymar, player only keen on Barca
- Neymar is set to leave the Ligue 1 team this summer.
- PSG's president reportedly wants to start a bidding war over the Brazilian.
- Barca isn't going to outbid the highest offer.
- The 27-year-old only wants Barca and won't consider other options.
Neymar's return to Barcelona looks far from being easy business despite the player's alleged intention to leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer. According to Diario Sport, Ney is only considering the Barca options and wants his current club to agree terms with the Catalans as soon as possible.
However, the same report claims that PSG aren't willing to let go of the 27-year-old that easy and are willing to start a bidding war over him. Reportedly, Juventus, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and even Manchester United are all clubs that could consider signing the winger.
Allegedly, PSG's president Nasser Al-Khelaifi feels betrayed by Neymar's desire to leave. Reportedly, the official doesn't understand his decision, especially after doing everything possible to accommodate him in France. Additionally, the president put great hope in the PSG project and is hurt to see Ney not sharing the same view.
As for Barca, the Catalan giants are allegedly concerned with their image and aren't going to take part in a race for the Brazil international. Blaugrana will reportedly only agree on a transfer on their terms. Previous reports claim that the club is set to offer two players, more precisely Ivan Rakitic and Philippe Coutinho, plus cash in exchange for the Brazilian.
