According to Forbes' latest study, FC Barcelona are only the fourth most valuable pro sports club in the world. Their value is said to be to $4.02 billion.
Just 8 football clubs are on the list and among those the Catalans are second-best, just behind Real Madrid with $4.24 billion who are third.
American football side the Dallas Cowboys are the world's most valuable sports organization with a reported value of $5 billion, more than twice than Arsenal. Baseball club the New York Yankees are in second.
As Forbes have revealed recently, Barcelona's overall cost could soon overwhelm Los Blancos' in case Barcelona win the race for Neymar while Real Madrid spend no more cash on star players. After all, the Catalan giants have already secured the arrival of Antoine Griezmann.
