Barca players reunite with Iniesta ahead of Saturday's clash against each other
- Barcelona and former Blaugrana players of Vissel Kobe have had their private meeting.
- Besides Iniesta, David Villa and Sergi Samper were also present.
- The Catalans will face Vissel Kobe in a friendly on Saturday, July 27.
There has been some pure joy when Barca players met Andres Iniesta at Vissel Kobe's base in Japan.
Also, ex-Barca players David Villa and Sergi Samper attended the meeting.
Barca's legend greeted Blaugrana newcomers as well. Here's the "master and student" photo.
And the end of the event, the Barca gang made a group photo with the former Catalans' players.
Andres Iniesta spent 17 years at Barcelona and won 32 titles during this process. His trophy cabinet includes four Champions League and nine La Liga crowns. During this run, he made 674 first-team appearances for the Catalan giants in all competitions and scored 57 goals.
As for David Villa, the striker played for the Catalan club from 2010 to 2013, making 77 appearances and scoring 33 goals, including one of the most important ones, at Wembley in the Champions League final against Man United.
Sergi Samper was a La Masia representative as he left the club in 2019. Earlier he made 103 appearances for Barcelona B.
Barcelona will play their match against Vissel Kobe on Saturday, July 27 at 10 a.m. CET. This will be Barca's second and final pre-season test within the Japan tour.
