According to the latest update from French reliable source L'Equipe, Neymar is set to miss yet another pre-season games at Paris Saint-Germain. Reportedly, the 27-year-old won't travel with the team to Suzhou where the Parisians are scheduled to play against Sydney FC.
Allegedly, the Brazilian will stay in Shenzhen and continue working individually. As a reminder, the winger has already missed two pre-season friendlies, against Nuremberg and Inter Milan. Moreover, the player snubbed the first week of pre-season training at the French outfit.
PSG are set to take on Stade Rennes next in 2019 Trophee des Champions (French Supercup) but Ney is disqualified, meaning that the Brazil international won't play for PSG for at least one more week.
If the recent reports are true, Neymar is eyeing an exit from PSG this summer with Barcelona being his favoured destination. According to a recent report from RAC1's Gerard Romero, the Brazilian is one of Barca's top priorities for the summer. Reportedly, the Catalans will try to land the forward already next week.
However, Neymar's high market price could stop Barcelona from sealing his return. Allegedly, Blaugrana consider offering Philippe Coutinho in a swap deal for the 27-year-old but PSG are reluctant to accept the offer. Nonetheless, considering that the Ligue 1 club is constantly snubbing the player from their pre-season friendlies, his return to Camp Nou might happen after all.
