Coutinho rejects Tottenham move despite last-minute call from Pochettino

The chances of Philippe Coutinho's exit this summer are dramatically slashed after the Premier League transfer window has closed on Thursday making the move to England impossible for the Brazilian.
And according to Diario Sport, Phil has turned down the last-minute offer from Tottenham himself despite personally talking with manager Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentinian specialist knows the midfielder from his stint as Espanyol manager where COutinhospent a season on loan. So, on Thursday Pochettino called the Barca outcast to convince him to join the club from North London.
Nevertheless, Coutinho's answer was a resounding 'no'. The Brazilian just wouldn't consider joining the rivals of his former club Liverpool.
Besides Spurs, Arsenal and Manchester United were rumoured to be interested but it seems that both clubs ween't ready to afford the player's wage preferences. Liverpool - the only club the midfielder would consider joining - haven't shown any interest in Phil at all.
