Spanish media: Barca want Leganes defender Kravets for their B team
- Barca consider signing a 22-year-old full-back on a loan deal.
- They would include a €4m compulsory buyout clause in his contract, however.
- Kravets only made 8 appearances across both La Liga and Copa del Rey last season.
It seems Barcelona are still busy on the transfer market. Even though the Neymar transfer saga keeps dragging on, they have also other targets. According to Ser Deportivo, the Catalans have identified Leganes defender Vasyl Kravets as a potential upgrade for the B team.
Kravets join Leganes for just two million euros this January. He is a 22-year-old full-back who used to feature for the Ukraine U21 side. The same source believes Barca would like to sign him on a loan deal with a €4m compulsory buyout clause for the next summer.
Last season, Kravets made 8 appearances across La Liga and Copa del Rey. He is also heavily involved with Ukraine youth set-ups. He hasn't made a senior national team debut yet.
Barcelona B side face a huge exodus this summer. A number of the player would rather feature at the senior level. For example, both Juan Miranda and Oriol Busquets are currently heavily linked with a move outside.
