'If I say more, I'll get fired': Victor Valdes shares thoughts on potential Neymar return
- The 'Juvenil A' boss speaks extremely highly of the Brazilian.
- The former Blaugrana goalkeeper stresses the 27-year-old was instrumental to the Catalans' CL victory.
- The 37-year-old ends his speech joking he shouldn't be discussing it if he wants to continue coaching at Barca.
Neymar's future is still up in the air amid heavy Barcelona links. The Brazilian wasn't included in PSG's matchday squad to face Toulouse on Sunday night. Les Parisiens' coach Thomas Tuchel has insisted the forward would return to the team as soon as the situation gets clearer. It's not the case yet.
Thus, Victor Valdes, who's currently working as Barcelona's 'Juvenil A' team, has delivered his verdict on the 27-year-old's possible comeback, quoted by SPORT:
"What am I going to tell you about Neymar. I have only been with him for a year and he always highlights me, it is something I have to thank him for.
"He is a great player and was very involved in the European Cup we won.
"Now I'm at the base, you put me in a compromise and if I say more, I'll get fired and I want to continue in this club."
