It seems like both Barcelona and Neymar are doing everything they can just to make the Camp Nou return happen. According to a recent update from Diario Sport, the Brazilian has offered to pay €20m himself just to see the deal go through.

However, the deal never happened. As such, the 27-year-old allegedly offered to pay €20m from his own pocket and thus increase the offer to €150m plus players. However, according to the same source, PSG refused the deal saying that Dembele is unwilling to join the Ligue 1 outfit.
Nonetheless, according to the latest reports, Barcelona have given up on the idea to bring back the winger. Reportedly, the club has informed Ernesto Valverde, Leo Messi, the rest of the captains and even Neymar that the transfer is impossible. Despite all the hard work, PSG's high demands make completely rule out a possible agreement.
