Mateo Messi scores on his 4th birthday and celebrates just like his dad
- Mateo Messi, Messi's son turns 4 today.
- He was seen scoring a goal and celebrating it Leo style.
- It's a welcome change from his usual trolling.
Mateo Messi has once again made the headlines of sports outlets even though this time around the feisty kid has shown his better side.
In a video circulated by ESPN Mateo is seen scoring a goal and celebrating it in a typical Leo Messi fashion, which must be a great relief for Barcelona fans and his father too.
The little 'troll' - as Leo himself once called his son is famous for being absolutely intolerable at times. His recent frolic came at the end of August when Barcelona beat Real Betis 5-2 and Mateo was cheering for the opposition team.
Earlier, Leo revealed some complexities of Mateo's character which include some brutal trolling.
"My children and I played football at home and Mateo told me he was Liverpool because they beat me in the Champions League. And the same for Valencia.
"Mateo looks at me and challenges me, he has the face of a son of a bit*h... Ciro looks the same.
"At home when everybody is watching football together, Mateo will celebrate Real Madrid goals to p*ss off his brother."
