Gazzetta dello Sport: Dortmund inquire about Kean's availability
- The German giants are in desperate search for the striker
- They have identified Juve youngster as one of the main transfer targets
Gazzetta dello Sport reports Borussia Dortmund have contacted Bianconeri and asked about Moise Kean's availability. The German side currently don't have any senior strikers and are about to start their season with 24-year-old Maximilian Philipp as the starter.
In the last hours there have been rumors that Borussia Dortmund has made an offer for Juventus striker Moise Kean. Udinese are interested in signing him. [Gazzetta] pic.twitter.com/cxDe3gSI8P— Forza Juventus (@ForzaJuve2017) August 11, 2018
The Old Lady are yet to reply to Borussia's request with Nice and Udinese also interested in the 18-year-old's services.
The 20-year-old striker was sent on loan to Verona last season, but recent reports had the Bianconeri looking to sell the young attacker - with the caveat that he’d have a very cheap buy-back clause in case he pans out. Kean could be the answer for the team now managed by ex-Juve midfielder Patrick Vieira.
Juventus are ready to renew Kean's contract, should he leave the club on a loan deal, which at the moment remains the most probable solution.
