Cristiano Ronaldo to make his Juve debut on Sunday
- Ronaldo's first match will be a traditional friendly against the youth team on August 12
The Portuguese star is strongly expected to take part in the customary friendly against their youth team in Villar Perosa (which has only 4,000 residents), Juventus president Andrea Agnelli's home city. The game which has been played each year since 1955 is scheduled for August 12 at 16:00 CET.
Cristiano Ronaldo has joined Juventus from Real Madrid for a staggering sum of €100 million. After having won literally everything in the Spanish capital, the Portuguese is now expected to guide the Bianconeri to their third Champions League trophy. By the way, Cristiano has recently been nominated for The Best FIFA Men's Player of the Year award for 2018.
CR7 missed out on the whole US-tour as he was granted extra rest after his Russia World Cup exploits and reported for training on July 30.

By the way, Cristiano has recently cancelled his farewell return to Madrid as he is reportedly unwilling to bump into his former boss, Florentino Perez. The Portuguese is angry with him because he believes the Madrid president failed to protect him from the tax fraud accusations which made CR7 leave Spain.
The new Serie A season begins on the weekend of August 19.
