The boxer gives an unexpected Ronaldo homage
• Shakram Giyasov, an Uzbek boxer beat his opponent at Wembley
• He celebrated the win by copying Ronaldo's trademark movement
Shakram Giyasov, welterweight from Uzbekistan marked his emphatic win versus Nicaraguan Julio Laguna by paying tribute to Cristiano Ronaldo at Wembley.
The Uzbek, who succeeded in beating his opponent in the fifth round, decided to celebrate his remarkable achievement, a fifth professional win in all five fights in the most remarkable way, which, however, can rarely be seen in the boxing ring.
As his fallen rival was being consolated in one corner, Giyasov took the advantage of the near-empty ring to pull out the most amazing and unexpected CR7 homage ever:
From a running start, he copies Ronaldo's trademark mid-air twist, throwing his arms out to mimic the celebrated Portuguese's celebration.
Giyasov ended his own version giving an emphatic fist pump.
Ronaldo, are you watching?
