Juve reportedly keeping close tabs on James Rodriguez
- Juve and Bayern Munich in talks for Dybala - Rodriguez swap deal, according to Corriere Dello Sport
- Juve's interest in James might force Bayern Munich to fast-track new deal for the player
Argentinian striker Paulo Dybala could leave Juventus as a part of the swap deal between the Bianconeri and Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich. The Old Lady can get James Rodriguez instead.
According to the Italian reports coming from Corriere Dello Sport, Juventus will try to sign the 27-year-old who fell out of grace at Bayern after a string of injuries, most recent being ankle ligament injury.
Even though Bayern have a €35m option to sign James on a permanent deal, the Germans are not likely to push for it.
Real Madrid, meanwhile, are more than confident in the park, thanks to the emergence of Isco and Marco Asensio, so James won't have too many chances to be a regular starter at the Bernabeu either.
Sometimes I feel so bad for James Rodriguez, i feel like his whole football career is ruined, moving from one team to another, not getting the chance to show his real talent.— Anonymous. (@nonexisting__) November 17, 2018

And now, according to Corriere, Los Blancos have allegedly held preliminary talks to ship Colombian international off to Juventus and end all his associations with Bernabeu.
The creative midfielder joined Bayern in the summer of 2017 on a two-year loan deal from Madrid but failed to impress Bayern's new coach, Niko Kovac.
