According to the Mirror, new Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri is 'desperate' to rebuild his midfield and sees the 19-year as a good option for the future.
Dortmund are under pressure to sort Pulisic's future as his contract expires in 2020. The Bundesliga side reportedly understand that they might have to sell their prized asset this summer.
And Chelsea, who have already started talks with Dortmund, have been informed that the midfielder will be available for £65 million.

Pulisic has recently admitted that he would like to play under Jurgen Klopp: "Yes, absolutely. I personally didn’t get to know him too well, but I’ve heard stories from some of my team-mates who did, and they loved playing for him."
