Jose Mourinho assesses summer business: 'Liverpool is buying everything and everybody'
- Jose seems to be losing it with his heavily understuffed squad
- Man United have only bought three players so far, a stark contrast with LFC's quality signings
- And the Man Utd boss seems to be getting back to his old grumbling ways as he bemoans his squad depth and mentions LFC who have been on a shopping spree as of late
Jose said on German TV ahead of Bayern vs Man United kick-off: ''My CEO [Ed Woodward] knows what I want for quite a long time, he knows what I want, I know that he tries to do the best for me and I still have a few days to wait what is going to happen... If we don’t make our team better it will be a difficult season for us.''
He added: ''The other clubs are stronger or they have already fantastic teams like Chelsea, Spurs and City. Liverpool is buying everything and everybody. If we don't make our team better it will be a difficult season for us.''
While United seem to be struggling in the summer transfer market, Liverpool have considerably improved their squad with perhaps few outings scheduled these remaining days, before the transfer window closes.
Meanwhile, United are set to have a difficult season for them, as Jose has said. Several times in a row.
