Alisson considered ending his career being youngster

“His biological maturing was slower,” Internacional goalkeeping coach Daniel Pavan said. “When he was 15 his parents came to say he was going to drop out. I insisted Alisson would grow soon, Muriel promised to help and there he is now.”
Now is a Red keeper now Liverpool paid a sky-high €72.5-million fee to convince Roma to part ways with the star:
“In the academy teams he often didn’t make it to the bench, he was constantly overlooked even though we knew he had talent,” said Pavan, who coached the goalkeeper from age of 10 until he was 23. “He was a little chubby teenager.”
As the Brazilian was convinced to keep on playing football and working on his skills, Alisson grew six inches within a year. After that, a 6-foot-4 18-year-old established himself as a leader in Internacional’s academy set-up.
“We called him the iceman,” Pavan said. “He was always ready.”
