The United captain has made the squad even after undergoing an assault trial in Greece following a pub brawl.
- Gareth Southgate has included Harry Maguire on his England squad for the upcoming UEFA Nations League matches against Iceland and Denmark.
- The Manchester United captain was involved in a pub brawl on the Greek island of Mykonos following an attack on his sister. The 25-year-old allegedly assaulted and attempted to bribe a police officer which led to his arrest.
- He is currently undergoing a trial but in spite of all the drama, Southgate has chosen to show faith in Maguire.
- Mason Greenwood and Dean Henderson have also earned call-ups to the squad while Jesse Lingard has been left out. Luke Shaw, meanwhile, remains injured and will miss out.
