Paul Pogba to Barcelona linked most likely explained by solid Spanish source
- As per RAC1, Mino Raiola is the one pushing the deal
- Man United have no interest to sell
Gerard Romero, top Spanish journalist, cites RAC1 who claim there's a possibility of bringing Paul Pogba to Barcelona as his agent Mino Raiola pretty much favours the move. Raiola would reportedly want to 'tempt' his client into the deal but Man United are clearly unwilling to sell the main asset.
It's not the first time Romero has reported a story regarding Pogba. His initial claim last week was that Barcelona would consider a move for the 25-year-old if Ousmane Dembele was to leave Nou Camp, on loan or for good. The young player, however, is more focused on impressing his boss Ernesto Valverde after cutting his summer break short.
Barca head coach Ernesto Valverde diplomatically responded to the link last week but he refused to deny any interest in the player. The Catalans have already brought in Arturo Vidal, Philippe Coutinho, Arthur during this year and it's unclear why they would need one more midfielder unless they would fancy Pogba for an advanced role.
