Juventus rumoured to make an offer for Marcus Rashford
- La Vecchia Seniora is allegedly interested in signing a contract with United's forward after his performance for the national team
- Massimiliano Allegri's side is reportedly to make an offer of £65m
- United and Juventus are playing against each other on October 23 in the Champions League
According to the Sun, the Serie A team is considering to make a move for the 20-year-old striker. La Vecchia Seniora's bosses have been impressed with Rashford's performance in the UEFA Nations League and will start monitoring him in the next United's fixtures.
The Italian club is ready to offer United a £65m deal. However, as far as the England international has a contract with the Red Devils until 2020, United are going to request way more. According to the Sun's source, Marcus's goal against Spain became the turning point that made Juventus start pondering over Rashford's potential transfer:
"Juventus have got their noses pressed to the window for Rashford, and they are ready to make an offer for him. His goal against Spain confirmed that he has what it takes to become an important player."
This season Rashford has only scored one goal in seven appearances for the club. However, his stats show the Englishman's been progressing every season since his debut against Midtjylland under Louis van Gaal: Marcus scored 8, 11 and 13 goals in the 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons respectively.
