- The Red Devils want to convince Rayan Cherki to join the club.
- The 15-year-old is believed to be one of the greatest talents to have ever played in Lyon's youth setup.
According to Foot Mercato, Manchester United representatives have met Lyon striker Rayan Cherki in order to bring the gem to the Red Devils' Academy.
The 15-year-old is believed to be one of the brightest footballers to have ever played in the French heavyweight's youth system.
I am a Rayan Cherki fan boy, if we sign him, that kid looks insane.— SK (@marceloholic) May 14, 2019
Last September, Cherki became the youngest ever player to score in the prestigious UEFA Youth League as the attacker found the back of the net in the 4-1 loss to Real Madrid.
As Rayan would only be eligible to sign his first professional contract as soon as he turns 16 - he will celebrate his birthday in August, United are believed to be keen on convincing the striker and his family to pen down an Old Trafford deal.
