Top European net spenders since 2008: where do United stand among them?

Arabian Sheikhs have been really generous in the past decade as they look to bring some of the best players to their clubs. Both Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain have been splashing the cash to sign the world's biggest football stars.
They are ranked first and third as their net spendings are estimated at £1,163.8 million (1st) and £693.54 million (3rd) respectively.
United are second in the rankings, with the Red Devils' net spend since the summer of 2008 standing at £698.61 million.
