- The Algeria international was first arrested in May when he was seen 'masturbating in the courtyard of his block of flats while looking at a woman who lives on the ground floor'.
- The 23-year-old suggested that he thought he was alone in the courtyard back then.
- Now El Melali is believed to have exposed himself to the same victim again.
- The forward's lawyer said that he "reiterates his most sincere apologies to the women he may have upset by his inappropriate behaviour."
- The player faces a one-year prison sentence and €15,000 fine as well as potential punishment from the club.
- El Melali is set to appear at court on August 25.
