- The country's sovereign fund owns 20 per cent of the Ligue 2 outfit from now on.
- PFC's current chairman Pierre Ferracci remains the majority owner at 77 per cent.
- The Bahraini fund also becomes the main sponsor of the club.
- Paris FC are expecting their budget to increase by 30 per cent, and they are aiming to earn a Ligue 1 promotion in three years.
- The club finished the 2019/20 Ligue 2 campaign in 17th.
