Revealed: What Chiellini told Jordi Alba while ‘bullying’ him before penalty shoot-out

During the Italy-Spain clash at Euro 2020, Giorgio Chiellini surprised everyone with his incredibly positive attitude ahead of the penalty shoot-out.

The Italy captain had a fun talk with Jordi Alba and the referees before giving the Spaniard a big hug, although the latter seemingly didn't like it.

As later revealed by the media, Chiellini jokingly called Alba 'a liar' as the Spain captain insisted that the shoot-out should take place in Luis Enrique's side's half.

The referees proved Alba wrong and the penalty shoot-out took place in front of Italy's fan sector.

"Haha, nice try though!" Chiellini said before giving Alba a hug.
